I've been at my current job 14 months now. I just got my first raise (they do focals, not hire-date anniversary). It was 3%. But the max raise was 4%, so I guess I did ok. Given that I can barely afford my life as it is, I was really hoping for a bit more than like $100/mo post IRS. And I did some awesomely excellent work this last year. But my rating was "meets expectations". I got marked down a bit on some stupid things, easy to correct if my boss had mentioned he didn't want me working that way. And I got "exceeds expectations" on a couple big things too. Overall it was a very good review, but I was still disappointed it's not going to have much effect on the bottom line.
I'm just glad I don't have to pay for gas for my commute!
