If you are running un*x (mac or linux), type this in a terminal shell:

curl -O "http://www.nbc.com/Heroes/novels/downloads/Heroes_novel_[000-043].pdf"

Wait a while (30 - 60 mins depending on their servers), and voila! All the comic PDFs downloaded for your perusal.

Note that the "043" will change as they release more comics. Replace with the current max number as needed. And that's a capital O, not a zero.

Not even barbie weights?

"curl" is a unix command for fetching from a URL. It can do almost anything your browser can do, as long as you know exactly the right way to call it.

<-- weakling

I always thought curl was one of those weird dev commands that came with gcc because it always came up when I was building things with Fink. Heheh.

I don't know what grep means either.

grep = general regular expression processor. As if that means anything =)

One of my favorite acronyms is "mung", which stand for "mung until no good".
