I've been feeling a lot more motivated to cook these days. I'm just bored with cooking for myself, and have seriously maxed out on my quota of pasta for the next decade. So yesterday I went to Blood, Bath and Beyond and got myself a cute little George Foreman grill. Then I stopped next door at TJ's to get some grillable things, like chicken and salmon.
Tonight I cranked up the grill and made some teriyaki chicken (love that Soy Vey!), and it turned out pretty good. It's going to take some time to get used to how quickly it cooks food - that chicken was done way fast, almost got too dried out but I saved it in time.
OK, the real secret is that I got the grill so I can make hamburgers. Somebody stop me before I buy a deep fryer so I can make french fries!
