I've been reading dailykos for a long time now, and found it to be one of the best places on the internet to get reliable information. In the last couple weeks it has been invaluable, chock full of high-quality stuff. I'll read a story there, and 2-3 days later hear it on NPR or Countdown or CNN.

And just as I give money to KQED as my public radio station, I decided I wanted to support dailykos. So I signed up as a user and got a lifetime membership for $100.

If you care about what is happening in America, you should read dailykos.

Thanks for the referral to dailykos; having just taken a read, I'm not sure I'm any happier than I was half an hour ago, but I feel more informed.
